Each student will be required to submit an admission packet by the announced deadline. All of the following items must be submitted for the packet to be considered complete: Four teacher evaluation forms, student application, list of references, extra-curricular verification form, counselor and principal verification form, and a timed writing sample.

The APEX selection committee will evaluate each student's packet in a holistic manner. Students will receive an acceptance letter or waiting list status after their packet is reviewed. Students will have a period of ten weekdays from the post marked date of thier notification to return a letter of committment, an acceptance of wait list status or a letter of appeal.
